our work

In the association, we initiate and organise various projects and events. The focus is always on combining western and indigenous culture. Family and community take centre stage.

We organise cultural exchanges between adults and children with trips to the Brazilian Amazon and from there to Europe. In this way, both sides learn more about each other's lives and daily routines.

Guests from Europe can spend a month living in the jungle with the Huni Kuin, learn about traditional dishes and medicinal plants, and take part in festivals and ceremonies. They are part of the community and can take part in everyday tasks such as handicrafts or gardening.
Conversely, the indigenous people who visit us in Germany invite us to workshops on handicrafts, to strengthen our connection with the earth and our bodies, or to small concerts.

We organise projects to protect families, such as clean water in the villages, land purchase, land and village conservation, and are building a school in Terra Viva, Brazil.

In Germany, we offer courses at schools and run team-building workshops.
